We made some exciting changes to Cute Root and this unfortunately includes stopping the ability to choose seeds and personalize a card that will be sent straight from our office. While it is sad to see such an awesome service go, we decided to go all in on building sustainable, recycled gifts for the world. Sometimes "snail mail" truly lives up to its name for reasons out of our control. If your card hasn't been delivered 10 days after shipment, reach out to our team and we will work with you to confirm your recipient's address and offer a solution for you.

Unfortunately, no. We send our cards using USPS First Class mail and we do not have access to tracking information. If the USPS updates First Class mail to include tracking in the future, we will definitely provide that information to you.

Cute Root seeds can germinate up to 3 years later provided that they are kept in dry/room temperature conditions! That means you can buy a pack and save them for your next occasion without worry.

No, you can plant a small portion that contains seeds and the card will grow with proper care. This means you can save your letter while also growing your plant. Just make sure the portion you plant has seeds.

First, we hope you loved the message and card design you received. That being said, unfortunately we don't offer a refund for cards that don't grow do to how many contributing factors their are to a successful germination.

Right now we only ship to the United States but hope to expand internationally soon.

Yes! If you want to order a blank individual card just type a space in the message portion so we know to send the card blank.
