Sometimes cards get lost or delayed by the USPS for reasons we cannot control. If you feel your card is lost, please reach out to our team and we will work with you to confirm your recipient's address and offer a solution for you.

Unfortunately, no. We send our cards using USPS First Class mail and we do not have access to tracking information. If the USPS updates First Class mail to include tracking in the future, we will definitely provide that information to you.

No, you can plant a small portion that contains seeds and the card will grow with proper care. This means you can save your letter while also growing your plant. Just make sure the portion you plant has seeds.

Right now we only ship to the United States but hope to expand internationally soon.

Yes! If you want to order a blank individual card just type "blank" in the message portion so we know to send the card blank.
